0.3 - basic shop upgrades

- Added basic shop to spend milk to upgrade milk capacity, refill rate, and milking rate (you can also toggle sounds here for now)

- Milk is now handled in milliliters

- Improved touchscreen compatibility

- Fixed a few  bugs like milking into negatives
